Shipping
Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days (not including weekends and holidays) using the shipping option you selected in the shopping cart.
Free Shipping (for orders of $50 or more) applies to USPS First Class Mail only.
Back orders:
If an item you purchased is temporarily out of stock, you will be notified via email or phone and have the options:
? To cancel your order.
? Wait until the item becomes available.
? Accept a partial shipment, in the case or multiple item order. The back ordered item will be shipped when available, at no additional charge.
Return Policy
Customer must pay for shipping cost of all returned products, except when it is a confirmed shipping/packing or customer service error.
Products must be returned by the customer. No credit will be given until returned product and invoice are received by HomeoCare.
Returns for re-saleable/re-stockable products will be accepted up to a maximum of 30 days of purchase and will receive an 80% credit of original purchase price, minus Shipping and Handling charges (orders with free shipping included). Opened products are not returnable.
Procedures:
? Request a Return Authorization Number from Customer Service. This number will be sent to you via mail, email or in your replacement order.
? The Authorization Number must be placed on the outside of the package or envelope. (Packages not bearing the Number will not be accepted).
? Outdated, shelf-worn or used product will not be accepted.
? Product involved in fire, flood or other disaster will not be accepted.
? All shipments must be unpacked and inspected upon arrival. Any damage or inaccuracy must be reported to Customer Service within 24 hours of receipt.
? If product or packaging is damaged, all shipping containers and packing materials must be held for inspection at the option of the delivery carrier.
Returned Check/Credit Card Policy:
Checks returned or credit card chargebacks will be assessed a service fee of $30.00 per occurrence.
