Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days (not including weekends and holidays) using the shipping option you selected in the shopping cart.

You can expect your package in 3 to 10 days depending on your location within the continental US. We currently ship from New York. Please assure that all deliveries are designated to a verifiable physical street address. We do NOT ship to P.O. Boxes. We understand that some addresses utilize community mailboxes. Such orders will be verified by phone.

We ship all orders with signature confirmation and tracking-NO EXCEPTIONS. HomeoCare Laboratories is not responsible for orders that are sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you feel that you require insurance, please contact our sales department at customercare@homeocare.com.

If your order is being delivered to an office building, apartment complex, or similar facility, or to a public institution such as a hospital, hotel,school, etc. the carrier may accept the signatures of mailroom employees, receptionists, and similar administrative personnel upon delivery. Upon signature or acceptance by such personnel, we shall be deemed to have fulfilled our entire delivery obligation for your order. We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen items delivered in accordance with the delivery practices noted above.

We urge all customers to inspect their packages for damages and tampering before receiving and signing for receipt.

All orders can be tracked online using either USPS.com or UPS.com. The tracking number will be provided via e-mail after the order is shipped. You can also go online to check the status of your order and track it.

USPS leaves a notice when no one is available to accept the delivery. You will have to call USPS to request a re-delivery or go to your local USPS location to pick up the package. We are NOT responsible for contacting USPS to make re-deliveries.

Free Shipping applies to USPS First Class Mail within the continental United States, and is only applicable with specific promotions/offers specified via www.homeocare.com.

Back orders:

If an item you purchased is temporarily out of stock, you will be notified via email or phone and have the following options:

To cancel your order.  
Wait until the item becomes available.
Accept a partial shipment, in the case of multiple item order. The back ordered item(s) will be shipped when available, at no additional charge.


Although no medicines can perform 100% of the time for 100% of the people who use them, we still want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return any product for a full refund of the price paid, within 90 days from the date of purchase (less Shipping and Handling) – In the event that you received Free Shipping with your order, the applicable shipping and handling fee will be deducted).


Your satisfaction is very important to us. We want you to be completely satisfied with the product(s) you order from www.homeocare.com. If for some reason you are not pleased with your purchase, you can return any item(s) in its original condition and packaging.

If you wish to cancel the order once you have placed it, we will try our best to stop the shipment process. At times, when the order is processed immediately and sent to the warehouse for fulfillment, we may not be able to stop the order. If this is the case, you will need to return the order back to us once you have received it.

Again, all merchandise has to be in its original packaging. Please indicate the reason(s) for your exchange on the invoice that was included with the shipment. Items returned without original packaging will be returned to the customer.

You may exchange or return merchandise by mail within 30 days (see exceptions below) of receipt of purchase. You will receive a refund less shipping and less restocking fee if applicable. Please include your name, order number and a short note stating the reason for return/exchange. Your feedback is very important to us.

Once your package has been received, your return/exchange will be processed within 5-8 business days. You will be notified via e-mail to the address listed on your account when we've received your return/exchange.

Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.

Please note: Custom orders are not refundable.

Refunds will be issued in the same manner as the payments received. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for processing refunds.

Procedure for returns:

Customer pays for return shipping, unless the return is a result of our error.

Call CustomerCare at 914-920-5991 or email customercare@homeocare.com to request a Return Authorization number, which must be placed on the outside of the package.

Original sales receipt or invoice must be included with your product return.

Include a note explaining a reason for your return/exchange of your purchase.

Send back your item(s) using a trackable shipping method (USPS registered mail or UPS) to:
